Ruffle tiered skort with shorts lining and stretchy smocked waistband. Woven fabric does not stretch. Comfortable, flowy fit. True to size. If between sizes, size down. Some may prefer to size down a full size.

All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date for shipping orders and 14 days from the order date for local pick up orders.
